I placed two orders, Order #****** for $59.32 on November 27 and Order #****** for $44.36 on November 30, 2020. The label was created and it said the orders were in pre-shipment on December 9, 2020 but I have not received either order to date. I have emailed, called, sent text messages to ************ and DM”s on IG about not receiving my products. They responded a few times saying “your order has shipped and that the post office is backed up”. They have since stopped responding when I asked for a refund, several times.
Complaint Type: Problems with Product/Service
On June 14 I placed an order for their BOGO sale. I put one of their products in my shopping cart and left the website, I then came back and added two more products for the buy one get one. I did not notice the first product was still in the cart and I purchased three bottles instead of two. I sent an email immediately afterwards so they can cancel the order and give me a refund, I did not get a response until June 17. In the response on 6/17 they asked for my purchase order number, I responded and did not get another email until 6/18 which was stating my order was being shipped. I get a second email on 6/18 stating “Hi, we are shipping out the last orders now. Please allow us to fix this issue tomorrow.” That was the last email I got from them. I sent two more emails on 6/21 and 6/25 and still have yet to hear from them. Because of the horrible customer service I have received I want to return all my items and get a full refund. I have not opened the bottles.

I ordered my product back in November November 29 my package was delivered to my front door where *** left it iPhone *** I am formed E Tae all now I can’t get a refund from nobody finally *** calls me I’ll speak to a supervisor they’ve been calling this company nobody’s returning any phone calls emails text messages anything they rip me off 50. 92. Nobody pick up the phone now

The advertisement states that their Carmel treatment will not alter your natural curls texture. This is a complete like. Both my mom and myself have natural hair. My hair is much more course and curly than hers, however after 2 treatments our naturally curly hair was no more! When I wash my hair it remains straight. My hair has been ruined by this product and the owners will not even acknowledge my email.this company should be shutdown!
