To be considered, candidates will need to meet all of the following qualifications:
Demonstrate a stable work history
Have at least 1 year of call center experience
Have at least 2 years of customer service experience
Have at least 1 year of experience with escalations or retention
Exceptional computer skills & experience working in a high-tech environment
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
Have a true passion for consistently exceeding customer expectations
A friendly and professional demeanor
A high attention to detail
The ability to multi-task and stay organized
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work quickly under pressure & easily adapt to new policies and procedures
