Job Description


Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a rapidly growing startup that does meaningful work? If so, we may be the business for you!  

Wag! is a young, innovative company offering on demand dog walking services. Due to expansion, we've just opened up our newest contact center right here in Phoenix!

 

We are looking for people who are hungry to learn new things, love dogs and want to support our owners and walkers, but most importantly, want to provide world class customer service.

This is a fast-paced, upbeat environment where you will be consistently challenged. You will work collaboratively with a world-class team of passionate professionals who are here to make a significant impact!

 

Location: Southeast Phoenix (Just off Highway 10 & Ray Road)

Status: Full-time

Schedule: The schedules that we're currently hiring for are:

1:30pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday

1:30pm-10:00pm, Wednesday-Sunday

Compensation: $15.50/hour with opportunity for advancement

Qualifications


To be considered, candidates will need to meet all of the following qualifications:

Demonstrate a stable work history

Have at least 1 year of call center experience 

Have at least 2 years of customer service experience

Have at least 1 year of experience with escalations or retention

Exceptional computer skills & experience working in a high-tech environment

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written

Have a true passion for consistently exceeding customer expectations

A friendly and professional demeanor

A high attention to detail

The ability to multi-task and stay organized

Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Ability to work quickly under pressure & easily adapt to new policies and procedures
